We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you have any concerns or issues regarding your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We are committed to working with you to find a solution that ensures your complete satisfaction.

2. Warranty Limitations
Our warranty is designed to protect your investment against manufacturing flaws, but it does not cover:

1. Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications by a third-party jeweler.

2. The loss or theft of the item or its center stone.

3. Normal wear and tear.

• Requirements: All warranty services require the original purchase receipt and authenticity certificate. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Design Ownership & Usage Rights
Mayan Jewellery LLC retains full authority and rights to any custom designs created or modified by us on behalf of the customer. By proceeding with a custom order, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and display the design in any medium, including our website, social media, and marketing materials.

4. Intellectual Property Waiver
By purchasing or collaborating on a design, you agree to waive all intellectual property rights or claims to the design. This includes any claims for royalties or additional compensation should Mayan Jewellery LLC choose to reproduce or market the design.

5. Privacy & Non-Disclosure
We respect your desire for uniqueness. If you wish for your custom design to remain private, you must request a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to the start of production. In the absence of a signed NDA, we reserve the right to include the design in our public portfolio.

6. Exclusivity
Custom designs created for a specific customer may be offered to other clients at our discretion. If you require a "One-of-a-Kind" guarantee, an Exclusivity Agreement must be requested and explicitly signed by both parties.
