1. Cash Buyback (60%): If you wish to sell your item back to us, we offer a 60% refund of the original invoice value paid via your original payment method or bank transfer.
2. Exchange & Upgrade (70%): If you prefer to exchange your item for a new piece, we offer 70% of the original invoice value as store credit to be used immediately towards your new purchase.
Note: All buybacks and exchanges are subject to a physical inspection to ensure the item is in reasonable condition and must be accompanied by the original invoice and diamond certification.

Returns & Refunds
At Mayan, we are dedicated to the quality of our craftsmanship and therefore accept returns exclusively in the rare instance of a verifiable manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return under this policy, you must notify us of the issue within 30 days of your purchase date, and the item must remain strictly unused and in its original condition.
Once we receive the item and confirm the defect through inspection, we will issue a 100% full refund to your original payment method. We will also cover all return shipping costs associated with resolving a manufacturing error to ensure a seamless experience for you
